This Privacy Policy describes how National Digital Syndicate VS Ltd. ("NDS") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of ndsvs.kz visitors.

By submitting a project request, a job application, or a talent-pool profile, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

What data we collect

The NDS website requires no registration and stores no payment data. We process data you provide yourself through our forms, plus basic technical information about your visit:

• name, email and phone — when submitting a project request;
• company name, website, category and project description — in the brief on the "Projects" page;
• name, email, a link to your portfolio or résumé, and a cover message — when applying for a role or joining the talent pool;
• technical data: IP address, device and browser type, date and time of the request — standard server logs required to run and secure the site.

What the data is used for

We use data only to the extent needed to respond to your request, specifically to:

• contact you about a project request and propose a format for further work;
• review a job application or talent-pool profile;
• answer questions sent through NDS's contact channels;
• keep the site secure and running correctly.

Sharing data with third parties

Requests submitted through the site are forwarded to the NDS team's internal notification service so that each request reaches the right specialist promptly. We do not sell or share visitors' personal data with third-party companies for marketing purposes.

Data may be disclosed to third parties only where directly required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Data storage and protection

Data from requests is stored only as long as needed to review the request and reach you, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards when transmitting and storing data. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and local storage

The NDS website does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track visitor behavior across sites and do not build advertising profiles.

If analytics tools are added to the site in the future, we will update this section and, where required by law, request your consent.

Your rights

You may request information about what data we hold on you, and ask us to correct or delete it where further storage is not required by law. You can:

• send a request to info@ndsvs.kz — we'll respond within a reasonable time;
• withdraw the consent to data processing given when submitting a form;
• check the status of your request or application directly with the NDS team.
